KRYSTYNA RAWICZ
Managing Director

Krystyna has over 35 years of experience in Project Management and Building Surveying. In that time, she has worked in private practices and local government and has been involved in various project types for many clients.

Krystyna came to Ireland in 1994 to head up the Building Surveying Department for Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) in Dublin. She established her practice, KRA Visionary Project Partners, in 2000, and the company has since become well-established and highly regarded in building surveying and project management.

Following a period of upskilling in Sustainability, Management Krystyna co-founded a new company, KRA Renewables, in 2018. KRA Renewables is quickly becoming a key player in Ireland's renewable energy and energy efficiency sector and continues to see strong growth in 2022.

Krystyna's passion for sustainability, particularly within the built environment and biodiversity, sees her increasingly focusing on these areas; she has recently become a LEED Accredited Professional, and is a founding member of the SCSI working group on sustainability and was recently made a vice chair of the Irish Green Building Council.

STEVEN SHERLOCK
Chartered & Registered Building Surveyor, Associate Director and Building Surveying Team Lead

Steven Sherlock is an RICS & SCSI Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 30 years of experience working with buildings in the Southwest of England. He is also an affiliate member of the IHBC. In this time, he has accumulated a wealth of detailed knowledge around the cause of defects and how to remedy them using both modern and traditional building techniques.

Steven specialises in Historic and Listed Buildings and provides comprehensive restoration services, including identification of defects through the surveying process, budget costings and cost control, design and specification of works, tendering and contract administration during the construction phase.

Steven acts as an expert witness in areas of contract dispute producing CP35 compliant reports and in other areas of conflict, including matrimonial, boundary, and valuation.

Steven sits on the Building Surveying Committee of the SCSI, helping shape the future of the profession

ZOFIA DOYLE
Director of Operations

Zofia has been working for KRA Visionary Project Partners for almost ten years. She has worked in various roles within the company during this time, including Interior Designer, Non-Executive Director and Creative Director, before commencing her current role as Director of Operations.

After graduating, Zofia took the role of Non-Executive Director with KRA while pursuing a career in interior design. She worked at a high-end design firm for 2.5 years, where she specialised in interior design and project management. During this time, she managed many high-end residential projects and worked with various commercial clients and fit-out contractors on large commercial projects.

Zofia now splits her working day between KRA Visionary Project Partners and KRA Renewables, where she also holds the position of Director of Operations.

FINNBAR HOWELL
Technical Director

M.Sc. Renewable Energy

Finnbar has worked in KRA since 2011, initially giving IT and logistical support before moving to the non-executive director of KRA Visionary and finally to his role as the Technical Director of KRA Renewables and KRA Visionary Project Partners.

Finnbar has a masters of Renewable Energy Engineering, is a member of Engineers Ireland and the Association of Energy Engineers, and is a Certified and Registered Energy Auditor.

Finnbar has previously worked in KPMG, OSG and New Energy Coalition.

ARTUR KEPINSKI
Senior Building Surveyor

Artur joined KRA Visionary Project Partners in 2016 after graduating from Dundalk Institute of Technology with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Building Surveying & B.Sc. in Construction Technology.

Since joining KRA, Artur has been involved in various jobs and projects, including Building Surveys, Measured Surveys, Planning Applications, Condition Surveys, Dilapidation Assessments, Design, Project Management, Contract Administration, Disability Access Certificates and Fire Safety Certificates.

Artur is a Registered Building Surveyor and is currently enrolled in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).

RACHEL WOODBURN
P.A. to Managing Director/ Office Manager

Rachel joined the KRA team in June 2016. She started as an administrator and is now the Office Manager and Personal Assistant to Krystyna Rawicz.

During her time with KRA, Rachel has completed various courses to upskill her role and career at KRA. She has Certificates in ECDL, Project Management and Communications, Microsoft Office 2016 and completed a Course in Leadership and Management at CMIT. Most recently, she has obtained a Certificate in Fire Safety and First Aid Training with Vikie Dunne Training.

Rachel has gained many valuable skills through her courses, observing, and attending site visit meetings, and assisting the surveyors on jobs requiring administrative work and project management assistance.

AMY MCINERNEY
Office Administrator

Amy joined the team with over two years of experience working in Office Administration.

Since joining KRA, Amy has been involved in the management of clients and in-house surveyors. Working closely with other admin staff across the KRA group, Amy works from our head office in Kilcoole on general administration and bookkeeping. She will probably be the one at the end of the phone should you ever give us a call.

DIANA NURK
Architectural Assistant

Diana joined KRA Visionary Project Partners in 2021 after completing Part 1 of her B.Sc. (Hons) in Architecture from Waterford Institute of Technology.

She has developed a very high-level skill set in architectural design and various drawing and modelling software. Diana also has a background in interior design and years of experience in the design industry. In addition, she has a proven aptitude for spatial planning and project management. She has an excellent track record in delivering high-quality design services in residential and commercial projects.

Since joining KRA, Diana has been involved in various projects and has been responsible for the production of design solutions, preparation of technical documentation and planning permission submissions.
