KRA were appointed as Project Managers for the redevelopment of The Hive office building in Sandyford, Dublin, which was completed in autumn 2019.

The original four-storey over basement structure underwent extensive renovation to provide Grade A office accommodation, featuring a new atrium space and winter garden amongst other modern conveniences.
