KRA Visionary Project Partners prepared a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations and undertook negotiations with the outgoing tenant who was departing after 25 years of occupation. We secured a significant financial settlement, which contributed to the cost of refurbishment of the premises

Refurbishment, Repairs and Fit-Out
KRA Visionary Project Partners' provided project management for the refurbishment of this large warehouse property.
The large two storey offices were stripped out, redesigned and refurbished back to an open plan configuration. New partitioning, floor works, toilets and showers and staff canteen are were included as part of the refurbishment works to the offices. In addition, all lighting was replaced with modern LED lighting and the heating system was upgraded. The warehouse area received extensive floor repairs. Externally, roofs and walls were repaired and refurbished.
Throughout the project, KRA incorporated sustainability into each of the features to be implemented and replaced the warehouse lighting with LED Lighting to reduce the building's energy usage and environmental impact.
